These general terms govern the subscription to the Regulatory Newsletter provided by Solumon DOO. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by Solumon DOO, Podgorica, Montenegro, tax ID (PIB) 03793893, registration number 51342167, email info@solumon.me.
2. Subject and description of the service
The Regulatory Newsletter is an electronic subscription service delivering expert information on regulations and regulatory topics. The same expert content is available on all plans (Basic, Standard, Premium), which differ in the number of areas a subscriber may choose and the issue frequency (monthly, or weekly for Premium).
3. Subscription data
When subscribing you provide an accurate email address and (optionally) your name. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for safeguarding access to your subscription-management link.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT (PDV) at 21%. The displayed price is the final amount you pay; the net and VAT breakdown is shown at payment and on the receipt.
5. Payment method
Payment is made with Visa and Mastercard cards through the bank’s secure system, using 3D Secure authentication (Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check). We do not store card data — see the Payment Security page.
6. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual, depending on your choice) by charging the same card, until you cancel. You receive a payment confirmation (receipt) by email for each successful charge.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via the subscription-management link sent to your email. After cancellation we make no further charges, and you retain access until the end of the already-paid period.
8. Delivery
The service is digital. Access is activated immediately after successful payment, and the newsletters are delivered electronically (email) according to your chosen plan and areas.
9. Complaints and refunds

10. User obligations and intellectual property
The newsletter content is intended for the subscriber’s personal use. Reselling, reproducing or publicly sharing the content without our consent is not permitted. All intellectual property rights in the content belong to Solumon DOO.
11. Limitation of liability
The newsletter content is informational and does not constitute legal advice or a substitute for professional consultation. Solumon is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the content.
12. Changes to terms and prices
We reserve the right to change these terms and prices. We will notify you in good time by email of changes affecting an existing subscription before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Podgorica.
