Solumon DOO respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains how Solumon handles your data as well as what your rights are.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Solumon DOO, seated in Podgorica, Montenegro, tax ID (PIB) 03793893, registration number 51342167 (hereinafter “Solumon”).
2. Data handling
Solumon strives for transparency about how we handle your data. The table below sets out the data we collect — the data elements, the purposes they are used for, and the legal basis for their processing.

3. Payment card data
We do NOT collect or store your payment card data. Card details are entered exclusively on the bank’s secure page (NLB), which processes the payment using the 3D Secure standard. Solumon never has access to your card number.
4. Retention
We keep your data for the duration of your subscription and as long as necessary to meet legal obligations. Receipts and payment records are retained for the periods required by Montenegrin tax and accounting rules.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- technical service providers (hosting and email) acting as processors under our instructions,
- competent authorities where required by law.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies that enable basic site functionality (e.g. remembering your language and session). We do not use them for profiling.
7. Your rights
Under data-protection law you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erase your data,
- restrict or object to processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).
