Subscription payments are processed through the bank’s secure system with the highest protection standards. Below we explain how we protect your payment and data.
1. Accepted cards
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard payment cards.
2. 3D Secure authentication
All payments are protected by the international 3D Secure standard — Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check. This standard further confirms that the payment is made by the genuine cardholder and reduces the risk of misuse.
3. Card data protection
You enter your card details exclusively on the bank’s secure page (NLB). During this process Solumon has no access to your card number and does not store it. This ensures the highest level of protection for your financial data.
4. Protection in transit
Our website and payment page use SSL/TLS encryption, protecting all data you exchange while it is transmitted.
5. Payment currency
All payments are made in euros (EUR). The displayed price includes VAT and is the final charged amount, with no additional conversion.
6. Charging and renewal
The subscription renews automatically by charging the same card at the end of each period, until you cancel. You receive a payment confirmation by email for each charge. You may cancel at any time via the management link.
7. Reporting a problem
